Amy Oliver, LVT, VTS(ECC)

Amy received her degree in Veterinary Technology from Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky in 2003 and her specialty certification in emergency and critical care in 2013. She obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology in 2005 from Valdosta State University in Valdosta, Georgia while working as a veterinary technician. She is currently employed at Countryside Veterinary Clinic, L.L.C. in upstate New York. Before moving to New York, she worked at Auburn University as a lead technician in the ICU for 8 years. She has mentored several technicians seeking their certification in ECC during the application process in the last 3 years. Her special interests include cardiology, endocrine disorders, coagulation, toxicology, education, nursing care, and promoting veterinary technicians.
