Linda Fineman, DVM, DACVIM (Oncology)

Linda is with Ethos Veterinary Health, a national group of specialty and emergency hospitals with a focus on continuous learning and innovation. As Director of Veterinary Talent and Knowledge Strategy, her work is focused on strategic aspects related to the people and culture of the organization. Linda has a wide range of experience, including work as a board-certified veterinary medical oncologist (Diplomate ACVIM), as a practice owner of a 4-location multi-specialty practice, and as leader of a 45 doctor hospital. She is an experienced coach and facilitator and is an Adjunct Professor at her alma mater, Washington State University. She also coaches Communications Skills labs at Colorado State University focused on veterinary students as well as experienced practitioners through the FRANK program. Linda is the President of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine Foundation and serves on the College’s Board of Regents.
