Kelly Tart, DVM, DACVECC

Kelly Tart is an Associate Clinical Professor and Section Chief of the Emergency/Critical Care (ECC)service at the University of Minnesota, Veterinary Medical Center. She earned her DVM degree from the University of Minnesota in 1993 and after completing a specialty ECC internship at the Veterinary Institute of Trauma and Emergency Care in Milwaukee, she returned to the University of Minnesota to start the current Emergency and Critical Care services. Areas of interest include acute abdomen, fluid resuscitation and trauma. Dr. Tart has trained multiple residents who are now ECC board certified and 135+ rotating interns while in her current position.
