Amanda Proud, CVPM

Amanda P. Stoff Proud is available for consulting, based out of the California region.  Amanda is well versed in all areas of Practice Management and Administration, with an emphasis on uncompromising leadership that cultivates operational excellence.  Amanda began working in a veterinary practice in 1991, and has been dedicated to our field for more than twenty years.

Amanda completed her Bachelor's degree in Business Management in 2008 and earned her CVPM in August, 2016.  She is a graduate of the AAHA Veterinary Leadership Academy (2009) and has trained other professionals on leadership, organizational development and practice management.

Amanda's focus is on design and implementation of accountable leadership at all levels as appropriate for the shape and size of any organization.  This is best accomplished through training and development of open dialogue, clear expectations, and a willingness to be flexible in approach and style with unwavering commitment to established principles.
